We get asked a LOT of questions - save yourself some time emailing by checking out this page - below are some of the most common questions we are asked by guests.
As the event gets closer, our staff becomes very busy organizing trip details and making sure your experience is going to be EPIC – so please help us out and look here first before contacting us with questions.
Questions Before You Book
Why should I book with BMORE Around Town instead of just doing this myself?
Lots of reasons. But first and foremost - EVENTS ARE BETTER WHEN YOU’RE AMONG FRIENDS & MEET NEW ONES! If you’ve never traveled to watch your favorite team in enemy territory, it’s WAY more fun when you’re in a huge group taking over the city! And we aim to actually see the city - you can buzz in on Saturday night, go sit in the parking lot with a 12-pack of beer & subs and sit by yourself in the upper deck — or you can party in the best venues a destination has to offer with hundreds of fellow fans, have huge turnkey tailgates, transportation to the stadium and great seats with other fans from Baltimore! Our events are Turnkey. All you have to do is show up. Our away trips, we will see you at the airport with your luggage and we will take care of the rest!
I don’t live in the area where you’re flying from, can you organize a flight for me?
Due to group flight constraints, we’re only able to offer group flights from Baltimore!
I put down a deposit but can’t make the trip, what’s your refund policy?
When you place your deposit, please make note of when it becomes non-refundable as we are not able to issue refunds after that date! If you are unable to attend the event you placed a deposit on and forget about it or miss the deadline, we are usually able to roll the deposit over to another event, even if it’s next season.
Now that I think about it, what’s your refund policy in general?
Unfortunately, we are not able to issue refunds once you’ve purchased your package. Your payment that you put forth go directly to vendors, hotels or airlines to make the event possible. The best solution is if you can not attend an event is to give (or sell) your package to a friend as we are able to offer transfers. We also recommend purchasing travel insurance from our partners at Travel Insured Worldwide to make sure you’re covered in case of emergency. We always do our best to find someone to fill your package when we can. We never like seeing anyone lose money, but we also can not take the loss!
I’m traveling to the game but don’t need a hotel, do you offer a la carte pricing?
If we are able to offer a la carte pricing (ticket & tailgate package, events-only package) it will be closer to the game dates as we need to ensure we have room for those traveling FIRST. We always try to accommodate everyone but sometimes we’re not able to offer events-only packages – the best way to guarantee entry is to travel/stay with us!
I only want the tailgate.

I only want a ticket to the game.
Again, that’s a statement not a question. Sorry, we are not a ticket broker and do not offer ticket-only packages unless we have extras in our block, which is very rare.
Can I bring my own booze?
There’s no need! We’ll provide all the booze and food you can eat/drink! Our events are All Inclusive and outside food/beverage is generally not permitted.
Do you offer payment plans?
On our away trips, we do! Once you make your deposit, we send an invoice that you can make payments on at your convenience up until the due date.
My buddy booked separately, can we still sit together at the game?
Absolutely! We will send out a seating request email closer to the event date! You can also email us at info@bmorearoundtown.com with who you’d like to sit with and we will add the note to your booking.
What sections are the seats in?
We do not disclose our exact seat locations in order to maintain flexibility, availability and pricing for those who are traveling with us. The trip description will describe if they are upper or lower level but it is all of the information that we can provide. We promise that we do our best to get the best possible group seating in each city!
Will I be sitting next to other fans?
We do our best to sit everyone together but certain stadiums have more challenges than others where we are unable to do so. We ALWAY try to get a block first but sometimes that’s not possible. You will be guaranteed to be seated with those you booked together with.
What typically comes in the swag bag?
While the contents vary, you can usually expect a t-shirt, koozie, official lanyard and other goodies!
Questions Once You’ve Booked
I booked 20 minutes ago and haven’t heard anything, when will I get the exact details and itinerary of the Away Game Experience?
Please allow 24-48 hours for us to send additional confirmation (you will get an immediate receipt once you’ve paid) – you’ll also receive a questionnaire to fill out to give us more info to prepare for your trip. Once you’ve booked, here’s a basic timeline (subject to change):
- ~45 days out we’ll confirm all of the flight reservations. We have the space booked, so our flights are guaranteed, but that is when we turn over all of the names to the airline.. At that point we will have a record locator for you and you will be able to manage your seats via their app or website. (flight packages only)
- ~30 days before the trip we will deliver a full schedule with the trip agenda, hotel details, party venues, and other instructions and information for the weekend.
- Game tickets will usually be emailed the week of the game.
Your #1 job is to check your emails in the weeks leading up to the trip as we will be communicating a LOT of information. Everything you need will be in those emails so please read them carefully! Our job is to plan the trip and make sure it’s absolutely perfect, your only job is to read the emails!
For those events that do not involved travel, you will get a detailed email from us 72 hours before the event (i.e. Tailgate Only, Crush Bus, O's/Ravens Home Events, Caps Bus Trips, O's Bus Trips etc.)
Can I transfer my trip?
Yes, we do allow you to transfer the trip into another person's name. This must be done no later than ten days before a trip. Please note that there my be a cost associated from the airline.
Can I transfer my event pass?
Absolutely. All of our events (not trips) possess an electronic ticket to enter the event. You can go into that ticket and transfer it directly to your guest/friend attending.
Will tickets/tailgate info be emailed to me?
All info will be sent to you about 10 days before the trip. Please check your spam if you haven’t received anything from us!
My buddy got an email but not me.
Many things can be happening here: it could have gone into your spam/junk folder so always remember to check their first. Emails are sent to those who signed up for the group, so please disperse from there. Once you’ve filled out the questionnaire and we have additional emails, we will always try to communicate with your entire group.
I signed up but can’t attend the event. Can I get a refund?
Sorry, but we do not issue any refunds, period!! The monies that you put forth go to the vendors, hotel or airlines to make the event possible. What is the location of the event?
Please refer to the email confirmation/Event ticket for complete details and locations.
Is Parking Included?
Parking is NOT included in our events. Parking recommendations will be sent in the email leading up to the event 72 hours before the event. Please note we are in no way liable for any damage/loss from parking.
What time does the event start?
Please refer to the event page, your event ticket, or email of details we send leading up to the event with those complete details.
Are Children Allowed?
Absolutely! Children of all ages are welcome on our trips/tailgate. If the event is 21 and older it will be listed in the event details. If we are able to offer a discounted child ticket, that will be listed on the event page within the event details. Please note that there is drinking at these events and everyone is required to be 21 years of age or older to partake in that.
What happens if there is Rain? Snow? Too Cold? Too Hot?
Our events occur in all weather conditions. We will do our best to provide as much coverage as possible. Weather updates are sent to attendees once details are confirmed and if there are any changes.
What is permitted at the events?
We follow all stadium guidelines. Clear approved bags. No Pets (other than service animals); No Outside food or beverage; No Folding Chairs; No Pop-Up Tents.
What airlines do you use? Are they non-stop?
We use Southwest Airlines for most of our Domestic Travel. We use United Airlines/British Airways for our International Travel. We list our flight times on the event page once they are finalized with the airline. We always do our best to get preferred times & non-stop.
What hotel do you use?
Our hotels vary from City to City. We always look for a 4-Star on Google Reviews property. The chain will vary from city to city, but we always make sure to put our guests in the best possible hotel within the budget of the trip. Our staff stays with the group, so we want it as best as possible, trust us!
